Engineered floors have a top layer of oak and sit on a spruce multilayer base. The engineered construction of these floors ensures that they expand and contract less than solid oak. This makes them inherently more stable than a solid plank.

Our engineered floors are finished using modern techniques with a UV Wax Oil that provides a low maintenance, wear resistant, repairable finish. Additionally, this means that the floor is ready for use immediately after installation.
